Introducing Yanita Werkout!

It’s ALL MALE Nude Week at Turtle Cove Beach Resort and no nude week would be complete without a NUDE Drag show! Taking Turtle Cove’s mainstage this week is Yanita Werkout!

Yanita’s got that body-ody-ody because she works out! After working in the health and fitness industry as a Fitness Instructor for 5 years, Yanita Wekout is a fresh, quirky and creative gender fluid Drag Queen. Yanita has been doing drag for just under 2 years and can slay on any stage! Having a background in dance such as ballet, jazz and contemporary, she/he will always bring something special to every performance.

Yanita grew up in Mount Isa, Queensland where he studied dance which lead to a scholarship at a dance school in Brisbane. Starting her drag career in Amsterdam, Yanita was lucky enough to be on a huge mainstage in front of thousands of people for her first drag performance. She now has drag family in Amsterdam; Lady Galore, Miss Abby OMG and Ma’Ma Queen from RuPaul’s Drag Race Holland!

Yanita says drag is a celebration, meaning drag is a celebration for the Drag Queen or King and for the audience. It’s all about celebrating yourself and celebrating the people around you by lifting them up in ways that make them feel happy and alive.
