Vegetarian,gluten free and dietary meals can be catered for, we must be advised when you make a booking,or when you check in.
The Sandbar:opens 10am to late.Join us in the sandbar to enjoy a range of non-alcoholic,alcoholic drinks and cocktails.Depending on the buzz,last drinks are called at 11.45pm with the doors closing at 12 midnight.The bar may close earlier on evenings of low demand.Pool service is available.If you are hiding behind a bush,please call us over! Drinks are permitted in the Spa/Jacuzzi but for your safety they must be served in plastic.Please NOTE: that in accordance with Liquor Licensing Regulations,any alcohol brought onsite by overnight guests may only be consumed in the guests rooms.

Turtle Cove has one of the best private secluded beaches in the world and it’s all yours. The beach is clothing optional so get those buns brown … but don’t forget to slip, slop & slap.
You’re welcome to go in the buff on our private secluded beach,and in the hot tub.Due to Govt health and safety requirements please throw something on in all other public areas and restaurant area's.
Our modern health fitness centre and massage room is equipped with the latest electronic gym equipment,Treadmills,Elliptical cross trainer,dum bells weights, benches,work station,spin bikes,table tennis etc.
This quiet space is yours to enjoy. There is a limited selection of board games, books and a billiard table.
To get to Turtle Cove you don't need a map and compass. You can drive yourself, or we can arrange for your transfers by Coach, Turtle Cove's Luxury Transfer, Limousine, or even Helicopter. We can have you collected from Cairns Domestic or International Airports, Cairns City, Northern Beaches or Port Douglas.
Coach Transfer - Airport to Turtle Cove - $45 per person each way *Please be aware that this service is not a guaranteed direct transfer and is subject to the coach company's timetables.
Turtle Cove's Luxury Transfer - Airport to Turtle Cove - $50* per person each way *Direct Luxury Transfer from Airport to Turtle Cove Resort Reception. Not subject to rigid timetables.

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of one night\'s accommodation charge, or a specified amount for package bookings (usually $400). Deposits must be received in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Visa and MasterCard are the preferred method of payment of deposits. Balance of accommodation is charged 14 days prior to arrival unless by alternative arrangement. For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, the full accommodation will be charged at the time of bookings unless by alternative arrangement. For all reservations made online via the website, the full amount of accommodation or package booked will be charged by RMS Online at the time of booking. Deposit can be made by direct deposit to our bank account by arrangement. Personal cheques are accepted for deposit provided they are received at least 14 days prior to arrival. Without the required deposit the booking cannot be guaranteed. Any accommodation charges remaining will be charged at the time of check-in..
SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
Accounts can be settled with cash, traveller\'s cheques, eftpos, or credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, Diner\'s Club and American Express. Personal cheques can only be accepted by prior arrangement. A 3.5% surcharge is applied to American Express and Diners International transactions.

Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival attract a $50 administration fee which will be deducted from the deposit paid in refund. For bookings cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival, one night fee applies. No refund applies to unused accommodation for shortened stays. As the cancellation policy is strictly enforced, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Please note the special booking conditions for the Mardi Gras High Season.

Rooms have, en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, television with in-house video channels, radio, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities. Room check-in time is 1:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. Guests are most welcome to use resort facilities, including showers and luggage storage, at other times before or after check-in. All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony of each room and in some public areas.
Facilities include private beach, pool, jacuzzi, a la carte restaurant, cocktail bar, billiards room with limited gym equipment and internet access, guest lounge, resort shop, tour bookings, Turtle Cove Spa Therapy private poolside treatment room with massage and body treatments, rental cars on site.

If you need a loving memento to take home, sunscreen or toiletries, we have a range of items available from our Resort Shop.
The Office staff can stow your jewels & valuables in our safe. Whilst all love'n'care is taken we cannot be responsible for anything left with us.
Stamps are available from The Office, and we can post your mail for you.
Smoking is permitted on balconies and decks adjoining guest rooms, but not inside rooms please. In accordance with Queensland Health Regulations, smoking is not permitted in areas where food is served or consumed or where drinks are served. As such, please do not light up in the bar or restaurant seating area.
Our happy bar staff can assist you with ice for your room.
We ask for a credit card to be provided at check-in for room charges. Your card will be charged for charges made to your room account when the amount reaches $500 or more. If you do not have a credit card, we will request a prepayment on your account as security for any charges made to your room account. Please note that any outstanding accommodation or package charges will be charged on the day of check-in.
Please note that payment by American Express incurs a 3.5% transaction fee.
We are unable to accept Diners Club cards.
WASHING & SUDS
A guest laundry is located on the ground floor of the Ocean Terrace building, adjacent to room 203. Machines and dryers operate with 3 x $1 coins. Washing powder is available from the office for $1.
Due to our location mobile and data wireless connectivity for Telstra is poor however Optus have a tower close by and full reception is available for Optus users.The bar and pool area has full internet access which is FREE for all guests and visitors.
